We would like to introduce a case of manufacturing and supplying stainless steel blades used for meat processing. In the case of fatty meats, blades with less grip, such as straight blades or round blades, may cause the blade tip to slip, making it difficult for the blade to penetrate effectively. In such cases, changing the blade tip to a wavy or serrated edge is effective.
